We currently offer shipping services within India only.
Unfortunately, we do not currently ship internationally.

Shipping Charges
Shipping charges are calculated based on the weight, dimensions, and destination of the package.
The applicable shipping charges will be displayed and added to your total at the time of checkout.
2. Return and Refund Policy (Strict)
Return Eligibility
Strict Policy: All sales are FINAL, and we generally do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds for products purchased, except in two specific instances:
Fulfilment Error: If you receive a product that is incorrect (wrong size, colour, or style) due to an error on our part.
Order Unavailability: If we are unable to fulfil your order due to product unavailability or other exceptional circumstances after your payment has been processed.
Return Process for Fulfilment Errors
To report a fulfilment error, you must contact our customer support team at contact@trilokstore.in & within 48 hours of receiving your order.
We will review the error and provide detailed instructions for the return.
Condition: Any item returned must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging, including all tags and labels.
Return Shipping for Errors
In the case of a verified fulfilment error on our part, we will provide you with a prepaid return label to send the incorrect item back to us at no cost to you.
Refunds
Refunds will be issued only in cases where:
We were unable to fulfil your order due to product unavailability.
There was a verified fulfilment error and the correct replacement product is out of stock.
Refunds will be processed within 7 business days upon receiving and inspecting the returned item (if applicable).
The refund will be issued to the original payment method used during the purchase.
